Returns:

You have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your return request. For the end-of-year holidays, this period is extended. You have until January 12 to make your exchanges and returns. To do so, simply let us know at the following address: contact@douze-paris.fr . The return postage costs are your responsibility.

Please note, to be accepted, the product must not have been worn or damaged. All jewelry must be returned in its original packaging. If the conditions previously mentioned are not met, your return will be rejected and your order sent back at your expense.

We are a sustainable jewelry house founded in Paris in 2017. We only work with 18-carat recycled gold and natural fine and precious stones. 18k is made from 75% pure gold and 25% silver and copper, making the alloy strong and durable. This same quality of gold is used by the largest houses on Place Vendôme. We want slow and thoughtful creation, by certified partner workshops renowned for their know-how.

Our philosophy

Behind Douze Paris is Hermine Sacau. Born on December 12, 1992, this entrepreneur is ambitious, and above all daring. From his passion for exceptional stones and jewelry, the brand was born. The origin lies in Sundays spent bricking the family ornaments handed down by his great-grandmother, born on the same date years before. It is therefore obvious, in homage to this woman, to call the brand Douze. This culture of gold was born from her ancestor who had to flee Poland taking with her only a few transportable and concealable goods: her jewelry and her stones. A treasure from the past that continues to fuel Hermine's passion for jewelry.

Our boxes

Each of our jewelry is carefully wrapped in tissue paper then protected with a suede purse or pouch, depending on its type. The wedding rings, as well as the rigid rings, are stored in pretty Douze Paris boxes. Certificate of authenticity, care guide, card to insert a birthday note... Every detail has been carefully studied to offer you a precious and unique experience.
